Ben Richardson – Director
Ben began his career with RBD Electrical in 2010 as an Electrical/Instrumentation Apprentice, completing a dual trade qualification. Over the years, he has gained broad experience across the electrical construction industry while developing a strong focus on business systems, processes, and leadership, with particular expertise in IT and technology within the company.
In 2022, Ben was appointed as a Director of RBD Electrical. In this role, he provides strategic direction, drives operational efficiency, and oversees business development and financial performance. His practical approach and commitment to continuous improvement have helped streamline operations and strengthen RBD’s reputation as a trusted leader in the Tasmanian electrical industry.
